Los Angeles | Catholic Wedding

Throughout the years we have been a part of wedding celebrations in Mexico, Chicago, and the Bay Area, but nothing is as fun as shooting a wedding down the street from your house.  Los Angeles is a beautiful city that presents its own challenges, mainly traffic.  It doesn't matter what day of the week it is inevitably a freeway somewhere will be a parking lot.  So getting to shoot a few blocks from your house is definitely a treat.  When we first met Maria and Alex they told us of their plan to get married at St. Helen in South Gate we were happy.  Not only is it a beautiful Catholic Church with awesome architecture but it was only a couple of blocks from our house.  The wedding day came and it was a joyous time with Maria and Alex surrounded by their loved ones.  The day was full of joy and full of happiness, but more importantly on this day two lives were joined in the eyes of God in to one.

San Fernando | Valley Family Portraits

Family portraits are always special for us.  Its great to spend time with our clients and getting a glimpse in to their extraordinary lives.  Its fun to watch their kids be kids and bring joy to their parents.  Its also amazing to see their interaction with their grandparents. This session was a great family Home portrait session we had in the San Fernando Valley where not only did we get to see this adorable baby smash a cake, but we also got to see her bond with her dad at the piano.  But with cake smash and all the day could not be complete without a warm bubble bath!

 

Pasadena Newborn | Portrait Session

Newborns are always a special treat.  You have an adorable baby and a family that is beyond excited welcoming the newest member of the family.  Welcoming a first born is exciting to all parents, but the first born in a family brings extreme joy not just to the parents but to the grandparents.We recently had the opportunity to spend an afternoon with a wonderful bundle of joy in Pasadena for his newborn portrait session.  He was a joy to work with and in the end he decided when the shoot was over.
